The objectives of NPSuisse:
- Advice, support and attendance of patients affected by the Niemann-Pick disease.
- Information to interested parties, media, professionals, government agencies and the public.
- Encouragement of self-help groups, optimal care and support modes, instructions for patients and research coordination.
- Representing interests of affected people in public matters, in particular when dealing with political and health care authorities.
- Exchange of experience with patient associations and disease experts in Switzerland and foreign countries.
